Most orthodontic treatments are straightforward. They involve aligning teeth and improving the bite over time. Only a small number of patients need more complex care.
My goal is simple: to provide high-quality specialist orthodontic treatment that is accessible, transparent, and tailored to you.
Value over price
I focus on value, not just price. Orthodontic treatment is a long-term investment. When carried out properly, it often only needs to happen once, with benefits that can last a lifetime.
The cheapest option may look attractive in the short term, but saving a small amount upfront can lead to missed diagnosis, poor planning, or disappointment with the final result.
Around 10% of the cases I see are retreatment cases. These patients often had low-cost treatment elsewhere, feel unhappy with the result, and now need treatment again. In many cases, they end up paying twice.
That is why value matters more than price.

Children and teenagers
I offer a complimentary initial assessment for children and teenagers. This gives you the chance to meet the team, see the clinic, and discuss the concern and possible treatment options.
This visit does not provide a comprehensive assessment or final treatment plan. If treatment is needed, the next step is a second appointment for full records, including X-rays and clinical photographs, followed by a detailed consultation. At that visit, I confirm the final treatment plan.
Adults aged 18 and over
Adult orthodontic problems are often more complex. I usually cannot give accurate advice or meaningful treatment options without full records and a proper review.
For that reason, I book adults directly for a full records appointment and detailed consultation lasting approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
During this visit, you will receive:
• A diagnosis
• A full discussion of treatment options
• A clear explanation of fees
Some clinics offer complimentary adult assessments in the same way as children’s consultations. However, I find these visits offer limited value because I cannot give accurate recommendations without records. In many cases, the patient still needs a second visit before proper planning can begin.

Most orthodontic treatments fall within the range of €3,500 to €6,000.
More advanced or specialised treatments may fall outside this range.

Fixed Braces (Train-track braces)
- From €3,000 (single arch)
- €4,500 – €6,000 (upper and lower arches)
Most common for:
- Teenagers
- Routine orthodontic treatment
- Reliable and efficient tooth movement
Clear Aligners (Invisalign-style)
- From €3,500 for single arch treatment
- €4,500 – €6,000 for most cases
Suitable for:
- Mild to moderate alignment
- Adults seeking a discreet option
Lingual Braces (hidden behind the teeth)
- From €4500 for single arch treatment
- Up to €10,000–€12,000 depending on complexity
- €8000-€9000 for most cases.
Used for:
- Patients who want completely invisible treatment
- More complex or high-detail cases
Advanced Treatments (e.g. MARPE / skeletal expansion)
- Typically €3,500 – €4,500 for expansion phase
- Followed by orthodontic treatment
Only required in selected cases, not the majority of patients.

Complimentary Orthodontic Assessment for Children & Teenagers
In routine cases, I offer a complimentary orthodontic assessment for children and teenagers. This is not applicable for more specialised cases or cases requiring interdisciplinary care.
This visit gives you the opportunity to see the practice, experience the environment, meet the team, and have a digital scan of the teeth taken.
This is followed by a 15-minute chat with me to discuss:
- What may be needed
- Likely treatment options
- Estimated treatment time
- Approximate fees
If you wish to proceed, the next step would be a full records appointment followed by a detailed consultation.
Full Records and Detailed Consultation
The fee for full records and a detailed consultation is €200.
This typically includes:
- Orthodontic records
- X-rays
- Clinical photographs
- Diagnosis
- Personalised treatment plan
If a CBCT scan (3-dimensional x-ray) is clinically required, there is an additional fee of €150.
Adult Orthodontic Consultations (+18)
For adults, it is usually better to book directly for a full records appointment and detailed consultation.
Without full records, it can be difficult to provide accurate treatment recommendations due to the more complex nature of adult orthodontics.
Fees:
- €200 for records and consultation
- €150 additional if a CBCT scan is required

For more specialised consultations, including:

Full records are completed at the initial visit, and the consultation fee is €450.
